“Okay, now stop! Collaborate and listen!”
…because it’s 9* in this ice cube. Once again, Jan and Han were back on adventure lane and we were led to the Gaylord Resort on the beautiful Washington Harbor.
Before I get into the logistics, I’ll have you know I was trying to be cute and festive with the holiday spirit and wear metallics and boots. This, unfortunately, left me high and dry and covered in goose bumps!
But, as for the Ice! event itself, it was truly incredible. There were actual artists from China that were in the exhibit creating the ice sculptures and showcasing all of their glory.
The sculptures were astounding and literally took my breath away – not just because I was shaking in my boots.
And finally, the weather – I’m not going to lie, it took me back to Deutschland. The only difference is I wish I had been better dressed.
The weather inside was frightful and it was so delightful when I was able to sit down and enjoy a burger in a heated restaurant.
See you soon, little snowflakes.
Hannah was a guest of the Gaylord Resort. As always, all opinions are my own.
