In case you didn’t know by now, I am back after a short hiatus where I really just needed to get it together. I am now ready to talk about my favorite city in America, Boston. In Boston as it is in Heaven, I’ve never felt more alive than when I was navigating the old, cobblestone streets or shucking oysters.
The first step, wait for it because that’s a pun, in Boston would be alongside the Freedom Trail. I’m really into getting to know a city at its core and go from there, so walking all over Boston (literally) was definitely an incredible start to the best family vacation that I’ve been on.
There’s really so much to see but I’ll give you some of my favorites…
Samuel Adams’s Gravesite
The Boston Tea Party artifacts (yes, I sipped my chai tea latte right next to them)
The location of the Boston Massacre
&
Little Italy (where Paul Revere’s home is located)
All in all, it was an incredible day…we walked a half-marathon and this was the day I got the good news about my job!! I can’t wait to share with you another location on the Freedom Trail, a tavern of sorts, where we had an incredible Irish lunch!
