There’s a majestic little restaurant right down the cobblestone way from The Green Dragon called Ye Olde Union Oyster House. The Oyster House is over 250 years old and holds all of the charm that an old family member would.

Fun Fact: the first toothpick, yes all of you Texans read that right, was first used at The House. Charles Foster hired Harvard boys to dine at the House and then ask for toothpicks…see, the good old college kids are useful! Haha.

The oysters are to kill for and so is the seafood platter. The specialty drinks are super unique, but be warned that they can mess you up. Now, I could go on and on about how marvelous it was, but maybe you’d trust the opinions of some other and more notable people…

Famous visitors of The House were J.F.K., George Bush, Leonardo DiCaprio, and Gisele Bundchen.

I highly recommend going and dining like the A-Lister you are!
