“You want birthday pie? -Jim Halpert”

I think I’m one of the few people out there who is obsessed with pie. I think it’s because I grew up eating the best homemade lemon pie whenever I saw my grandmother or whenever she came to visit. Unfortunately, in her older age, she’s not able to bake anymore, and where my waistband appreciates it – my heart does not.

I was scouring Pinterest and came across the adult guide to Orlando, and I hit gold! I got so excited that I knew I had to do everything on that list. And the first stop was the P is for Pie bakery.

There were cherry, blueberry, coconut…well…literally every kind of pie you could think of. But the one that stuck out to me was the blueberry lavender pie. And of course, coconut creme pie is my absolute favorite, so I got a mini-jar to go. Could they be any cuter? Pie in mason jars? My little soul was on cloud nine!

And, to wash it all down, they had a cold nitro brew, which is my favorite genre of coffee. Calories don’t count on the weekend and I feel successful knowing I have a hidden gem to share with you all that’s not overloaded with tourists!
