“Eggs sunny side up, pinkies out”

On Monday, Kristina and I took a little self-love day and went to brunch, coffee & then thrift shopping! We first stopped at Another Broken Egg and had the breaky of our dreams.

Phase One was the beignets – although I didn’t love the jam that came with them, it was on the side and the beignets were thick enough and covered in enough powder to bring all of the happiness we needed from a breakfast appetizer.

For Phase Two, I ordered the Peach Cobbler Pancakes. I am not a pancake person at all unless they’re from the Four Seasons, but these were incredible. I’ve been trying to find peaches at my grocer and haven’t had luck, so these were exactly what I was looking for.

The entire experience was incredible and I’m so down to go back (hint hint if anyone needs a brunch buddy). Mondays aren’t so manic when you’re wandering Winter Park!
