What I’m Here For

8108: I said goodbye to my sweet Florida home, my first place to live for a year & a house full of a few sweet memories. It felt bittersweet to be packing everything up for the past month, but I’m looking forward to the changes coming around the corner.

Players Weekend (a couple weeks later): Even though the odds were not in the Sox’s favor, I was so elated to attend Players Weekend and see all of the awesome nicknames they had chosen. My favorites were Bogie (of course), Late Lightening & plain ole’ Mookie.

Texas League Playoffs: I had the most fun time ever at the Corpus Christi Hooks playoffs homestretch this past week and it definitely distracted me from moving and work and love and life…ugh I’m rambling. But there’s no better dinner than that of a baseball dog and I’m dreading when the seasons completely end.

Catch Up: I have a really exciting post that I’ve been meaning to share for like ever, so stay tuned this week. There are a few toys involved and a little story many of you are familiar with.

A Simple Favor: This books is such a quick read and is really good for Darcey’s first novel ever! I literally read it in a day and am so looking forward to the movie coming out this week!!
