ITFDB: I have the most exciting news – now that my closest friends and family know, I can share that I will be working with the Los Angeles Dodgers organization in creating content for their website and social media. It’s a dream job and I can’t wait to join the team and get started in a week. So long, Florida!

Chia Seed Pudding: The best chia pudding that I’ve ever had was in Frankfurt and since then, nothing can compare…however…my sweet friend gave me her recipe and I’ve been making it this week and it’s pretty incredible. I don’t know what’s missing to recreate the Frankfurt flavor, but now that I have a base, I’m ready to experiment.

Ride Pony, Ride: Last week, and the reason why this wasn’t posted, I attended my cousin’s equestrian competition. She did so well & even got first place which is super incredible! Three cheers all around!!
