I have found a hidden gem in OKC that radiates East Coast vibes…Packard’s.
And for the moment you’ve been waiting for…what I ate…
On the Eggs & Such portion of their menu, I found what may have been my first OKC love – Crunch-Berry French Toast. What would that be? Captain Crunch breaded french toast with whipped mascarpone on top. There’s no need for sticky syrup when you are consuming this sugary delicacy aka my ideal breaky!
Pair it with a Ginger Ale for a little bitter addition, and you will be in brunch heaven. I cannot wait to go back and am super optimistic for the restaurants I have to try here if we’re off to this great of a start!
