I have found a hidden gem in OKC that radiates East Coast vibes…Packard’s.
To me, this restaurant was a perfect marriage between the innovative-quality of Founding Farmers & the class and crispness of a Four Seasons brunch. It was delicious and filling but not too heavy.
And for the moment you’ve been waiting for…what I ate…
On the Eggs & Such portion of their menu, I found what may have been my first OKC love – Crunch-Berry French Toast. What would that be? Captain Crunch breaded french toast with whipped mascarpone on top. There’s no need for sticky syrup when you are consuming this sugary delicacy aka my ideal breaky!
Pair it with a Ginger Ale for a little bitter addition, and you will be in brunch heaven. I cannot wait to go back and am super optimistic for the restaurants I have to try here if we’re off to this great of a start!
