I can’t believe it’s been almost A YEAR since I drove into Waco with a fresh, baby Fenway sitting in my lap. I also can’t believe it’s been almost a year since I first tried to go to The Magnolia Table but was burnt out by the wait.

This year, we went and it was ever-eeee-thing! 

First of all, let me say, the wait is ridiculous. I went on a Monday at around 1:00 pm and didn’t get seated for two hours. My only request is that they work on a system to avoid this…because it wasn’t great at all.

The food made up for it! I was so excited to get brunch there with G and let him meet some of my favorite friends from my parents’ town! The fried green tomatoes were to die for and their hashbrowns are the most wild yet delectable thing I’ve had in a minute. I really had such a great time catching up with Lori and Gracie as well as being reunited with my baby Fenway after a month apart. 

I totally recommend The Magnolia Table especially if you’re an HGTV lover like me! My only advice is to block out a few hours for wait and experience and you’ll be good to go!
