A couple of weeks ago, I got to share all about our cottagecore Engagement Party and this week, I’m so excited to chat about the Bridal Brunch that I hosted. Since I had my best girls in town (well most of them) for the engagement party, it was the perfect opportunity to pop the question to my bridal party.
The Bridal Brunch was the perfect opportunity to, not only thank the women for traveling across state lines to celebrate G and I, but also to ask them to be in my bridal party. Unlike our engagement party which was low key and outside, I wanted the Bridal Brunch to be a little more feminine and sweet.
I had the brunch at Hall’s Pizza Kitchen, my favorite restaurant in Oklahoma City, where we could pop bottles and then soak it up with everyone’s favorite carb…but with a fancier touch to it.
Most people host this brunch before the wedding, but since everyone is located in so many different states and cities, I wanted to host it earlier so that I could show my appreciation for their dedication to our wedding already.
The main focus of this brunch was to thank my ladies for all that they’ve done in my life up until this point and for all that I know they’ll continue to do to make me feel special and loved. We were able to relax, my bridesmaids all got to meet each other for the first time, and I was able to enjoy the company of my favorite people in my life. And, of course, prepare myself for the celebration of the wedding to come!
As for the Bridesmaid Proposals, you’ll have to stay tuned and, until then, support your local eateries when hosting your events…wink wink!

I love the part where how your bridesmaids got to meet each other and yeah it’s all your favourite people in the same space. It’s so nice to be able to read through your wedding journey! 💕

Thank you so much! I’m glad to share it all and *hopefully* help someone in the meantime as they navigate through all of the wedding planning craziness!

I’ll probably save these and reread when I’m getting married!
