What I’m Here For

Hello, Old Friend: It’s been a minute since I’ve done one of these, but y’all, it’s been hard to think of the good in this season I’m currently going through. I’ve been doing a lot of intentional reflection and working on strengthening the relationships in my life, from G to my new girl gang & reaching out to the ones that mean the most to me.

Carm’s Going to the Chapel: In the beginning of what’s going to be a whirlwind week (think 4 states in four days), I got to celebrate my sweet Carmen in San Antonio at her bridal brunch. It was good to reconnect with her through such a busy time with work and was so worth the 8-hour drive on Friday night! And let’s be honest, what’s more fun than playing dress up and celebrating friends?

And They’re Gonna Get Married: Today I’m headed to North Carolina to get Ashley married! As you know, I have a lot of engaged friends right now and I love celebrating love…it’s just so sweet! So, tomorrow will be full of rehearsals and catching up before my girl walks down the aisle on Tuesday! And then it’s back to home we go!
