“Our homes should inspire us to go out into the world to do great things and then welcome us back for refreshment.”
This is kind of how I felt today – it was really stinkin’ hot outside but I wanted to keep up with my bucket list and cross off another item.
I’ve been researching what is good to eat in Austin and this seems to be the hype. I can now confirm that this statement is true. Actually, the donuts are above and beyond phenomenal. I grabbed the Freebird and balanced it out with an unsweet tea.
These donuts are easily some of the best I’ve ever had and definitely compete with the giant one that I had in Greece, and my favorite ones in Heidelhome.

This is where the waterfalls and bush walking come into play. I got a little sunburnt but had the best time ever. The mission of the team is to conserve, innovate, and educate. I think you learn best by immersing yourself into the world around you, but when it’s set up for you to explore with the help of guides, well, then the world really is your oyster.
I also would love to thank the Lauren Conrad team for supplying me with the cutest dress that had me twirling forever.
I’ll see you Sunday cuties!
